Specialized Ateliers: Creativity & Wellbeing

At Dots & Space, we believe that growth, creativity, and wellbeing thrive in community—and sometimes it helps to learn from different voices and perspectives.

Our specialized ateliers are designed to ignite creativity, expand awareness, and provide practical tools for wellbeing. Each atelier is led by an expert or creative practitioner, bringing their unique skills, experience, and energy to the space.

How It Works

  • Independent & Flexible: Each atelier is a stand-alone experience. Some are one-time workshops; others are short online programs.

  • Curated Expertise: Every session is carefully selected to align with our circle’s mission of personal growth, reflection, and creative exploration.

  • Optional Participation: Circle members are welcome to join—but these ateliers are open to other audiences as well. You can choose the experiences that resonate with you, at your own pace.

What You’ll Gain

  • Fresh tools and techniques for creativity and self-expression

  • Insights into emotional and mental wellbeing

  • Inspiration and practical exercises to apply in your daily life

  • Exposure to diverse approaches and perspectives

“The Creative Writing for Adults Atelier was much more than a writing course—it was a space where I could slow down, listen to myself, and express things I had kept inside for a long time.

Writing became a way to process my thoughts and connect more deeply with myself.”
